You share Agentree with your audience using your unique referral link. When realtors sign up through your link, you earn commission on their subscription. It's that simple.

All Pro subscribers who join the Brand Ambassador Program earn 20% commission on every realtor who subscribes through their referral link. No tiers to climb, no quotas to hit. Every referral earns the same 20%, from day one.

Strategic partnerships with established creators, influencers, and educators in the real estate space are handled separately, with custom terms that may include higher commission rates and other perks. These partnerships aren't available by application — we approach partners directly based on fit and audience alignment. For monthly subscriptions, you earn 20% recurring commission for 12 consecutive months from the date each referral first subscribes. Every new referral starts its own independent 12-month commission window, so there's no cap on how many referrals can be earning for you at once. For annual subscriptions, you earn a one-time 20% commission at the time of purchase.

If a referral applies any discount code at checkout — including team discount codes or promotional codes — your commission rate is reduced to 15% for that subscription. Discounted subscriptions generate less revenue, so commission rates scale accordingly. You still earn, just at a different tier.

Payouts are sent monthly through Affonso, our payout partner. Commissions are held in a pending state for 30 days after a referred subscription is paid to cover refund risk, then released for payout. The minimum payout threshold is $50 USD.

Any Pro subscriber in good standing can become a brand ambassador. Free-tier users are not eligible. If your Pro subscription lapses, your ambassador account pauses until your subscription is reinstated.

Each ambassador receives a unique referral link that sets a tracking cookie when clicked. If the user signs up within 60 days of clicking, you receive credit for the referral. If a user clicks multiple ambassador links before subscribing, the last click wins.

No. Self-referrals, referrals from accounts you personally control, and accounts created to manipulate the program are disqualified and may result in removal from the Brand Ambassador Program.

You can share your referral link on social media, in videos, in newsletters, and on your website. You can create honest reviews, tutorials, and comparisons. You cannot spam your link in unsolicited channels, bid on Agentree brand terms in paid ads, make misleading claims, or impersonate Agentree. Agentree reserves the right to withhold payouts, suspend ambassador accounts, or permanently disable accounts if fraud, manipulation, or policy violations are suspected.
