If you've ever opened Instagram on a Tuesday night and thought "I have no idea what to post tomorrow" — the content calendar is your fix.
The Agentr.ee content calendar is a daily content roadmap for the entire year. Every day of the year has a specific piece of content suggested for you — a reel, a carousel, a post, a story prompt, a video script — chosen to keep your feed consistent, on-brand, and on-topic for real estate.
What's in the calendar
The 365-day calendar includes:
- Daily content suggestions — one piece per day, tied to themes that work for realtors
- Format mix — reels, carousels, single-image posts, story prompts, video scripts
- Seasonal themes — content aligned with the time of year (summer outdoor living, fall listing prep, spring market open, holiday community content, etc.)
- Niche themes — first-time buyers, sellers, investors, relocations, neighborhood spotlights
- National observances and holidays — Thanksgiving, July 4th, Halloween, etc. — content tied to these days drives higher engagement
How to use the calendar
- Open the Content section of your Agentr.ee dashboard.
- Switch to Calendar view. You'll see a daily breakdown of content suggestions.
- Click on today's date (or any future date) to see the suggested content.
- Each entry includes:
- The format (reel, carousel, post, etc.)
- A title or hook
- A ready-made template you can use
- A caption you can copy-paste
- Hashtag suggestions
The Sunday content sprint
The most effective way to use the calendar is the Sunday sprint:
- Sunday morning, 60 minutes. Coffee. No distractions.
- Open the calendar. Look at the next 7 days.
- Pick the templates for each day. Drag them into a folder.
- Customize — apply your logo, photos, brand colors. Most templates take 2–3 minutes each.
- Copy the captions into a scheduling tool (Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer).
- Schedule the entire week.
You're done. Your next 7 days of posting is on autopilot. You only show up to reply to comments and DMs.
Best practices
- Don't post every single suggestion. The calendar gives you a piece per day, but most agents post 4–6 times a week, not 7. Pick what fits your business.
- Adapt suggestions to your market. A "summer outdoor living" suggestion in Tampa is different from one in Minneapolis. Localize the content.
- Mix your own content in. The calendar is a backbone, not the entire feed. Mix in your own listing announcements, client wins, behind-the-scenes — these are what your audience came for.
- Look ahead, not just today. Plan a week or two in advance. The calendar is most useful when you batch your work.
Common mistakes
- Posting suggestions without customizing. A template posted with stock photos still in it looks generic. Always customize.
- Trying to post every single day. Sustainable consistency beats a sprint that burns you out.
- Ignoring engagement after posting. The calendar gets you posting. Replying to comments and DMs is what builds the relationship.
Free vs Pro
The full 365-day content calendar is a Pro feature. Free users see the calendar exists but can't access the daily suggestions.
