How to create a property page (and what to do with it)

Every listing deserves its own page. Not just an MLS feed entry. Not a slide in your Instagram story. A real, branded page on your domain — where you control the photos, the message, and the lead capture.

That's what property pages are for.

Why property pages matter

When a buyer Googles a specific address, they're looking for more information. By default, what shows up is Zillow, Realtor.com, or Redfin — sites that don't belong to you, where the buyer becomes someone else's lead.

A property page on your Agentr.ee site shows up too. And when it does, it's branded to you, with your photo, your phone number, and your form.

The result: buyers who find the listing find you, not your competition.

How to create a property page

  1. Open the Property pages section of your Agentr.ee dashboard.
  2. Click Create new property page.
  3. Enter the listing details:
  • Address
  • Beds, baths, square footage
  • Price
  • Photos (upload high-quality images — at least 8–12)
  • A short description of the home
  1. Let AI generate the page. Agentr.ee uses the details you entered to generate a beautiful, SEO-optimized property page with structured content.
  2. Customize anything. Adjust the headline, the descriptions, the section order. The AI gives you a strong draft — most agents publish with minor tweaks.
  3. Confirm the lead form. By default, every property page includes a contact form so interested buyers can reach you directly.
  4. Click Publish. Your page lives at agentr.ee/[username]/property/[address-slug].

What to do with your property page

  • Send the URL to your seller at the listing appointment. Sellers love seeing their home presented professionally before it's even on the MLS.
  • Share the URL on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. A property page is far better content than a single photo post.
  • Add the URL to your MLS comments. "For more photos and details, visit [URL]." Sends traffic to your branded page instead of a third-party portal.
  • Use the page as the destination for any paid social ads. Targeted ads sending traffic to a generic MLS link convert poorly. A branded property page converts much better.
  • Email the URL to your buyer list when you take on a new listing.

Best practices

Use 8–12 photos at minimum. A property page with 3 photos looks unfinished. The visual impression is half the value.

Highlight what's unique. AI will write a strong general description from the details you provide, but you know what makes the home special. Add one or two sentences that the AI couldn't have written — the morning light in the kitchen, the way the backyard catches the sunset.

Update the page when the home goes under contract or sells. Don't let stale "Active" listings stay live. A sold listing is great content too — but mark it sold.

Common mistakes

  • Using listing photos that haven't been professionally shot. Property pages amplify whatever photos you give them. Mediocre photos = a mediocre page.
  • Skipping the description. The AI-generated description is good. A sentence or two of personal context makes it great.
  • Forgetting to share the URL. A property page no one sees is just a database entry.

Free vs Pro

Free users can publish 1 property page at a time. When you take a new listing, you'd need to replace the existing one. Pro users get unlimited property pages — one for every active listing.
